  • Certified Aircraft Modifications

    BAM designs, certifies, and supports aircraft modifications for both rotorcraft and fixed-wing platforms. With 164+ EASA-approved modifications across 9+ countries, we deliver mission-ready solutions for air ambulance, law enforcement, border surveillance, search and rescue, and utility operations.   • Flight Inspection Installation: Beechcraft King Air

    Turn a King Air into a flight inspection platform. BAM designs, certifies and installs the complete system: Safran CARNAC MS, calibration antennas, cockpit indicators, mission power, operator console and equipment racks. Certified as an EASA minor change with four approved cabin configurations, from design through manufacture to release to service, all in-house.
  • Beech cract King Air 200

    Medical Equipment Rack: King Air B200 or B300 

    Turn your King Air 200 or 300 into a mission-ready air ambulance. The BAM medical equipment rack mounts directly to the existing seat rails and adapts to nearly any stretcher system, in single or dual configuration. No permanent modification — fit it for the mission, remove it to return to passenger layout.
  • BAM Operator Console for rotorcraft with dual 18,5-inch displays and modular side panels

    Rotorcraft Operator Console

    A seat rail–mounted mission workstation for rotorcraft. The BAM Operator Console transforms compatible helicopters into flexible mission platforms for law enforcement, search and rescue, surveillance, and utility operations. Designed and produced in-house under EASA Part-21 DOA/POA, it combines ergonomic flexibility with modular connectivity. The platform-agnostic design adapts to different helicopter types and mission needs.

The cockpit EFB holder replaces the original chart holder with a secure, adjustable tablet mount featuring USB charging for optimal visibility. In the passenger area, the ceiling-mounted monitor rotates 360° with 180° angle adjustment for flexible viewing without hindering seat installations.

Under our own Design Organisation Approval we approve minor changes and minor repairs, and we prepare and manage STC applications. Our scope covers CS-23, CS-25, CS-27 and CS-29 aircraft.

DESIGN, PRODUCTION AND INSTALLATION UNDER ONE ROOF

We hold an EASA Part-21 Design Organisation Approval, a Part-21 Production Organisation Approval and a Part-145 Maintenance Organisation Approval. That means the approved design, the finished part and the installation on the aircraft can all come from the same organisation, whether you come to us with a requirement, a concept or a finished design. Where we use qualified subcontractors, the responsibility stays with us. One point of contact, one organisation answerable for the result.
